Cut away on your simcard the same width as the chip on the Turbo sim, use sharp craft/stanley knife. Rememebr this area that you are cutting will not damage the chip as it contains no needed components.
Your sim will still work perfectly well in other phones without using the turbo sim.
Once the gap is made, clip the sim card onto the turbo sim and insert it into your phone.
Job done.

This tespoint solution is a first in the world method for unlocking Nokia N95

Unlocking procedure: (read carefully)

First, be sure that version of N95 is: V 06wk41v23.4 17-04-07 RM-159 (c) Nokia by pressing *#0000# on phone. If different you need to flash to correct version before proceeding. using jaf / unversal box / mt-box etc.
Next, you can make backup of field 308,1 to be safe
Disassemble N95 and solder 4 wires: ad0,clk,vcc,gnd
Use some isolating tape on edge of N95 board
Put the phone back together
Power phone WITHOUT SIM card inside
Once phone enter OFFLINE mode, enter: #pw+aaaaaaaaaaaaaaa+b (aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa= can be any 15 digits number, b = appropriate provider unlock key Nr from 1 to 7 !!! usually always 1)
Example code to type in is #pw+123456789012345+1
Now press button on clip and quickly press # key on the phone
If everything is ok, PHONE WILL BE UNLOCKED! and you can remove 4 wires.
