The "mobile telephone reprogramming act" came into force on the 4th October 2002. Making the reprogramming of IMEI (International Mobile Equipment Identifier) number of handsets ileagal in the UK with out the express conscent of the manufacture. By entering our site you are acknowledging this fact.
We do not change the IMEI of phones, sell equipment to change IMEIs, or promote the changing of IMEIs in the UK.
Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Maestro, Solo and Visa Delta Credit or Debit card payments Securely via Barclays Merchant Services (Protx) and Paypal. If you have ordered an item on Backorder we will inform you if we anticipate a delay. Although we do not normally process your card details with prior agreement you may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.
If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
We also accept cash, cheque or postal orders (within the UK only) for orders.
If, by mistake, we have under priced an item, we will not be liable to supply that item to you at the stated price, provided that we notify you before we despatch the item to you. In those circumstances, we will notify the correct price to you so you can decide whether or not you wish to order the item at that price. If you decide not to order the item, we will give you a full refund on any amount already paid for that item in accordance with our refund policy below.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order and payment by seperate email.

Although it may not be an offence to manufacture or possess a transmitter in the UK, some of the transmitters featured on this website may not be D.T.I, OFCOM approved for use in UK or your countries regulations and the use of them may be an offence. These devices are sold for export only. The telephone equipment featured in this website is not approved by British Telecom.
Surveillance equipment or listening devices sold by ourselves may not be approved for use in the UK and is therefore sold on the strict understanding that it will be operated outside the EU. Although it is not an offence to possess a transmitter in the UK, most of the transmitters supplied are not approved by OFCOM and the use of them could be an offence. It is the purchasers responsibility to acquaint themselves with legal regulations. We accept no responsibility for action against the purchaser.

Should the phone require sending back to the supplier in Asia to be repaired we will gladly supply a loan mobile phone subject to availability.
Phone unlocking service and unlocking software come with 1 weeks email support.
Unlocking equipment includes a 3 month guarantee.
All the products we sell & use are tried and tested by ourselves we cannot guarantee 100% unlock with every models. Any use you make of service unlock software/equipment and its consequences is entirely your own responsibility.

Any use you make of service software and its consequences is entirely your own responsibility. Service software is NOT supplied unless stated in description.
If you are required to cut the sim cards please use the template given and cut around the outside of the guides carefully as it is far better to modify afterwards rather than cut too much and ruin the sim card, installing a dual sim and it's consiquences if the sim card is cut incorrectly are entirely your own responsibility.
By sending your phone to us for unlocking you imply that you are the legal owner of the phone, or that you have the permission of the legal owner to send the phone to us for unlocking. We can never guarantee to unlock every phone listed, If we cannot unlock your phone's succesfully we will refund the cost of the unlocking service.
If you are sending the phone from a country other than the United Kingdom, you must indicate on a customs declaration that the phone is being dispatched for repair to minimise duty charges.
Please ensure that you send the phone's well packaged ensuring that the battery is fully charged & that any security codes are removed before posting the phone's. It is your responsibility to ensure that your phone is adequatly covered incase of damage in transit.
Warning: The use or installation of any transmitters supplied by us is illegal in the UK & EU and is in direct contravention of the wireless and telegraphy act 1949 as well as the telecommunication act 1985. All equipment is sold on the strict understanding that it will be exported outside the UK. The radio communication agency has and will prosecute anyone in contravention of this law.

On the rare occasion you may need to return a product that proves to be faulty.
Email us and advise us of your problem.
We will then advise a solution or whether the item can be repaired or replaced once confirmed faulty, you may then send the product back to us advising us of the reason for return, your name and address. We can advise the address on receipt.
We reserve the right to inspect the product and verify the fault.
For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service.
Goods found to be tampered with by the customer will not be replaced, but will be returned at the customer's expense.
Cancellation of goods- within seven days starting the day after receipt of goods and we will refund you the price paid for the goods, where tamper proof seals are fitted (including software, phone unlocking software and specially imported mobiles to order), these must be intact otherwise we cannot accept returns unless faulty.
Items imported or made especially to order cannot be returned unless faulty.
Cancellation of Services- You may cancel an order within seven days starting the day after the contract concluded, (for example phone unlocking services) except where we have received your phone within the seven day cooling off period and the service has already been provided.
Certain services such as unlocking software downloads, unlock codes and services sent by email are available immediately after payment is made and therefore no seven day cooling off period applies.
You are responsible for the cost of returning the items.
The item must be unused in 'as new' condition, complete with all components and the packaging must be not be damaged. Note that if these conditions are not met we may not accept returned goods.
We recommend Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery for returning items up to £28, or Royal Mail Special Delivery for higher value items.
Refunds by credit card are made to the same credit card that was used for the original purchase.
This promise does not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear. For consumable items (e.g. non-rechargeable batteries, camera films, ink cartridges etc) the guarantee period is three months from delivery.
