Simple procedure, requires just 1 9v battery

Check the software version of the phone is V 06wk41v23.4 17-04-07 RM-159 by pressing *#0000# on phone.
If different you need to flash to correct version before proceeding.
Connect Clip make sure you leave protection squares on the top part of clip as pictured and put back LCD with ribbon
Power on the phone WITHOUT a sim card inside
Once the phone enters OFFLINE mode, enter #pw+123456789012345+1
Now press button on clip and quickly press # key on the phone
If succesful the phone is now unlocked.
