There are 2 different types of dual sim mobile.
Dual sim Switch card phone.
These cheaper mobiles allow you to have 2 sim cards inside your mobile without having to cut the sims.
But you only have one signal therefore have one sim card connected at a time.
With this type you can switch between sim cards from the phones menu.
Dual Standby sim card mobile.
The better option allow you to have 2 sim cards connected in standby at the same time and you can receive a call or dial a call to either of the sim cards at a time.
You can answer calls made to either sim.
